Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hardener to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will oversee hardening tasks while ensuring safety and compliance with materials specifications. You will contribute to the development of new methods and support the overall production goals of our facility.

Responsibilities

• Manage hardening processes within scheduled timelines.

• Guide junior team members in optimal hardening practices.

• Contribute to strategy sessions for enhancing production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing setting required.
