Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients facing technical issues. Your role will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing updates, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
• Assist in maintaining network security and data integrity.
• Ensure continuous operation of IT systems.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
• Develop and maintain user documentation for systems and processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• ITIL certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of IT support experience preferred
