Job Description

We are searching for a motivated Project Manager to join our Johannesburg office. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of project management methodologies, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met. This role requires managing various projects, coordinating resources, and overseeing timelines to deliver projects successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-departmental teams to maximize project efficiency.
  • Ensure project alignment with business strategy and objectives.
  • Report project progress and challenges to executives and senior management.
  • Utilize project management tools to enhance tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and establish project KPIs to measure success.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
  • Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Review and approve project deliverables before acceptance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions.
  • Ensure proper billing and invoicing practices are followed for project-related expenses.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Project Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leading complex projects is highly preferable
