Responsibilities

• Lead rehearsals and coaching sessions for individual musicians to enhance technique and performance.
• Develop and conduct educational programs for aspiring musicians.
• Engage with the audience to enhance their musical experience.
• Plan and coordinate the overall artistic vision for the performances.
• Evaluate and provide feedback on musicians’ performances for continuous improvement.
• Assist in the selection of repertoire that aligns with the organization's mission.
• Foster a collaborative environment among musicians, emphasizing teamwork and respect.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Music Composition or Conducting

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting various musical genres is preferred.
