Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our Cape Town pharmacy. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective use of medications, provide excellent customer service, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient medication needs and develop health plans.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for medication coverage.
• Assist in the training and development of pharmacy interns.
• Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical research and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• PharmD or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist (South Africa)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

• Advanced training in immunization: Certified experience in administering vaccines.
