Responsibilities

• Support patients through the rehabilitation process and motivate them.
• Conduct group therapy sessions as needed.
• Regularly review and evaluate patients' progress.
• Assist in administrative duties related to patient documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in physiotherapy and rehabilitation

Technical Skills

• Therapeutic modalities application
• Patient assessment techniques

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Advanced Manual Therapy Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic

Advantageous

• Specialization in pediatric physiotherapy: Experience in treating pediatric patients and understanding their special needs.
• Certification in Pilates or Yoga therapy: Recognized certification in Pilates or Yoga for therapeutic purposes.
