Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to help them improve their ability to perform daily activities. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the well-being and independence of our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients' functional capabilities.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with family members and caregivers.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff and parents.
  • Support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
  • Manage patient records accurately and securely.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in occupational therapy.
  • Contribute to research initiatives and quality improvement projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with HPCSA required
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in occupational therapy practice
