As a Tax Consultant at ProTax Solutions, you will be at the forefront of financial advising, helping clients with tax planning, compliance, and problem-solving. Your insights will be vital in designing effective tax strategies that align with clients’ financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on tax implications of business transactions.
• Prepare documentation for tax audits and represent clients during audits.
• Collaborate with team members on tax-related projects.
• Develop training materials for clients on tax-related topics.
• Identify opportunities for tax savings for clients.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Taxation preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in taxation

Technical Skills

• Tax Legislation Knowledge
• Financial Analysis

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication

Certifications

• SAIT (South African Institute of Taxation) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent

• Client management experience: Previous experience managing client portfolios effectively.
