Job Description

As a Supply Chain Manager in Durban, you will lead our logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and achieve supply chain excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement supply chain strategies and policies.
• Coordinate logistics and distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships.
• Use ERP systems to track inventory and order fulfillment.
• Develop forecasts and demand plans based on market trends.
• Regularly review and optimize supply chain costs to improve profitability.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
• Prepare reports for upper management on supply chain performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or logistics
