UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at Creative Design Co., you will work closely with our product and development teams to craft engaging digital experiences. Your role will involve conducting user research, wireframing, and creating prototypes that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead user research sessions to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
• Design and iterate on user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create style guides and design systems to ensure consistency.
• Work alongside product managers to define project goals and timelines.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and gather feedback for improvements.
• Mentor junior designers and share knowledge on UX methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Experience

• 4+ years in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in e-commerce platforms: Prior experience designing for e-commerce applications is a plus.
