Job Description

We're seeking an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. This role is perfect for someone passionate about orchestrating events from concept to execution. You'll work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure a flawless experience, coordinating logistics, venues, and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop event proposals and budgets in collaboration with clients.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor events to meet client objectives.
  • Monitor event progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure success.
  • Negotiate contracts with venues and service providers to achieve the best results.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
  • Utilize social media and other marketing techniques to promote events.
  • Prepare and present event evaluations to clients after each occasion.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing or related fields
  • Advanced certifications in Event Management are advantageous
