Job Description

As a Hotel Manager in Cape Town, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, managing budgets, and developing action plans to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction and staff engagement.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyze profitability.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel.

Requirements

Education
