Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating our business needs into user-friendly designs, developing engaging interfaces and optimizing user experience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to gather requirements and define the user journey.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on design work.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
• Evaluate and select design tools and methodologies to improve workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to the vision and strategy of the design team.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience preferred
