Job Description

We are in search of an IT Support Specialist who is passionate about technology and customer service. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, assist users in navigating software solutions, and ensure our IT systems run smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support IT infrastructure by troubleshooting network issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to users.
  • Help implement IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new staff with IT setup.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing IT projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in IT or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant IT support experience

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • ITIL Foundation Certification: Knowledge of ITIL processes is advantageous for this role.
