Job Description

Join our team as a Learning and Development Officer, where you'll be responsible for overseeing employee training initiatives. You will design and deliver training sessions that empower our employees to excel in their roles and contribute significantly to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs analysis to determine staff training requirements.
  • Create training materials and e-learning content.
  • Organize training logistics and manage schedules.
  • Monitor and report on training completion and employee feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
  • Foster a culture of learning and professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Additional qualifications in adult learning or instructional design are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
