As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, identifying, and engaging high-quality candidates. This full-time position requires proficiency in all aspects of recruitment processes and an understanding of market trends to effectively meet our clients' needs. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to talent engagement are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to find top talent.
• Conduct market research to identify competitive talent pools.
• Participate in the design of the employer branding strategy.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and results.
• Create job descriptions and advertisements that attract the right candidates.
• Enhance the candidates' experience through the application process.
• Establish a network of contacts within the industry and community.
• Manage relationships with third-party recruitment agencies if necessary.
• Provide coaching for hiring managers on interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation.
• Assist in developing training materials and resources for recruiting staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
