Job Description

We are in search of a dedicated Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our skilled maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that metal and plastic surfaces meet high-quality standards through meticulous polishing and buffing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all machines are set to the correct specifications for production runs.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products and report discrepancies.
• Maintain equipment and perform repairs when necessary.
• Assist with inventory management of tools and materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification in machining or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in related machine operations.
