Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure our software products meet the highest standards. In this role, you will design test plans, scenarios, and scripts, as well as execute test cases and analyze results. Collaborating with developers and project managers, you will help enhance user experiences and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated tests to enhance testing efficiency.
• Review test results, report findings, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist in establishing testing metrics and tracking progress.
• Provide feedback on and improve product development processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certification in Quality Assurance is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA with a focus on automation

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CST)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices is a plus.
