As our new Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing reports, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries in the accounting system.
Ensure accuracy in all bookkeeping operations and reports.
Review financial statements for discrepancies or errors.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in bookkeeping practices.
Requirements
Education
Matric / National Senior Certificate
Higher Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping preferred
Experience
3-5 years of bookkeeping experience
