Job Description

As an Environmental Consultant, you will assess and advise on projects to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. You will work closely with clients to implement sustainable practices and mitigate environmental impacts. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about environmental conservation and looking to make a tangible difference.

Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental impact assessments and reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops to promote environmental awareness.
  • Develop comprehensive project proposals for environmental projects.
  • Advise on biodiversity conservation strategies.
  • Liaise with government bodies on environmental regulations.
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance indicators.
  • Draft policies and recommendations for sustainable practices.
  • Conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
  • Engage with NGOs and community groups on environmental initiatives.
  • Research new technologies and methodologies for environmental protection.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Environmental Policy is preferred
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in environmental impact assessments and consulting
