Security Engineer

Job Description

As a Security Engineer, you will focus on enhancing our cybersecurity infrastructure. You will assess current security measures, identify potential threats, and work to fortify our security posture. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our information systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement network and application security measures.
• Conduct risk analysis and vulnerability assessments.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities.
• Respond to and remediate security incidents.
• Provide comprehensive reports on security metrics.
• Enhance existing security measures by researching new technologies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure security protocols are followed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Certification in Cybersecurity or related area is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or relevant field
