UX Researcher

Job Description

As a UX Researcher at Tech Innovations Inc., you will leverage your research skills to drive user-centered design processes. Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights from users, inform design decisions, and create user-friendly products. Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to advocate for the user at every stage of the design process.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user research strategies.
• Collect feedback from users to assess product usability.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor user interactions.
• Create comprehensive reports summarizing research findings.
• Participate in design critiques and offer user-centered perspectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design or Psychology is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX research with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects

• Nielsen Norman Group UX Certification
