You will engage with clients to understand their hiring needs and match them with the best candidates. Strong communication skills and a background in recruitment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to specific industry needs.
• Engage in proactive candidate sourcing using different recruitment tools.
• Provide coaching and guidance to candidates during the interview process.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the agency and attract talent.
• Foster long-term relationships with both clients and candidates for future opportunities.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or similar role preferred
