Job Description

As the Diversity Initiative Manager, you will lead programs that champion diversity within our workforce. Your strategic approach will be essential in creating an inclusive atmosphere that enhances employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead diversity-related projects and initiatives across various departments.
• Monitor diversity metrics and analyze data to track progress and inform decision-making.
• Build awareness and engagement through workshops and events promoting inclusivity.
• Work with recruitment to attract diverse talent and reduce biases in the hiring process.
• Foster a culture of respect and inclusion through strategic communication and awareness campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant area is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion roles or related fields
