Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Structural Engineer to join our Pretoria office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and execution of various structural projects. You will work closely with architects and other engineers to ensure that our projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
  • Conduct load calculations and structural assessments for various building materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Lead project teams in design reviews and value engineering exercises.
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns to foster their development.
  • Support the bidding process by providing technical input and recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering
