Responsibilities

• Oversee the scale-up of experimental processes to production.
• Collaborate with the R&D department on innovative projects.
• Ensure that all processes meet quality control standards.
• Analyze production data to improve process efficiency.
• Support environmental sustainability initiatives across the organization.
• Prepare and manage budgets for engineering projects.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders in chemical projects.
• Lead root cause analysis for process failures.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Simulation Software
• Process Safety Management

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (PrEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in renewable energy processes: Knowledge in developing processes related to renewable energy sources.
