Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations, and promoting effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in collaboration with medical directors.
• Administer budgets and monitor expenses effectively.
• Engage with community stakeholders to promote services.
• Assess and improve the quality of patient care services.
• Manage administrative staff recruitment and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze operational data to inform decision-making.
• Develop and implement healthcare policies for better service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or Business Management
• Master's in Health Services Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration

• Medical Office Management

Certifications

• Certified Medical Manager (CMM)
