• Ensure all electrical designs meet applicable safety standards.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders during project phases.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project compliance.
• Lead project meetings to align technical objectives with business goals.
• Review and edit project scopes and budgets.
• Provide electrical engineering insights during project design phase.
• Mentor junior staff in electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Research and integrate new technologies into existing systems.
• Promote a culture of safety and innovation within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical systems and project management
