Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to join our Durban team. In this role, you will analyze complex systems and processes, aiming to improve efficiency and reduce waste. You will collaborate with various departments to implement innovative engineering solutions that enhance productivity and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to identify inefficiencies within production.
• Implement industry best practices for process optimization.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to enhance production capabilities.
• Monitor and report on project milestones and deliverables.
• Train employees on updated processes and systems.
• Utilize CAD software to design and improve layout systems.
• Collaborate on cross-departmental projects for system improvements.
• Maintain documentation of engineering changes and updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management or similar is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing
