Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• PhD in related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with project management tools: Familiarity with tools such as MS Project or Asana for project tracking.
• Spanish or Afrikaans proficiency: Ability to communicate in Spanish or Afrikaans can be advantageous.
