Finance Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team in Durban. Your primary role will be to manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while also mentoring and guiding team members to achieve departmental objectives.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor the company’s financial performance.
• Review and enhance financial procedures and controls.
• Assist the CFO with financial strategy and capital management.
• Provide training and guidance to junior finance staff.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders and present financial insights.
• Collaborate with financial institutions for funding requirements.
• Analyze market trends to forecast financial position.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting required
