Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Computer and Information Systems Manager to lead our IT department in Johannesburg. You will oversee the implementation and maintenance of our IT systems and ensure data security while developing strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the IT team in developing strategic IT initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess new technology trends impacting company operations.
  • Conduct regular reviews of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and performance.
  • Provide leadership and support to the IT staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant certifications like CCNP, MCSA, MCSE preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in information technology management or a similar role
