Job Description

We are seeking a Medical and Health Services Manager to oversee our health information management department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and leading a team of health information professionals to manage patient health records effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the health information management team in developing best practices for data management.
  • Ensure all health information activities comply with national and international regulations.
  • Assist in project management initiatives related to health information systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders to promote the importance of quality health information.
  • Review and improve existing health information systems and workflows.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies in health information management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or a related field
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in health information management or similar roles
