Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Engage with potential candidates through social media and networking.
• Conduct skills assessments and psychometric testing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance job advertisements.
• Negotiate employment contracts and benefits.
• Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress.
• Maintain ongoing relationships and follow-ups with candidates post-placement.
• Participate in continuous development and training in recruitment tactics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Additional courses in HR or recruitment practices are beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or similar role

Technical Skills

• Talent Management
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• Recruitment and Selection Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
