Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent through various recruiting platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for client interviews.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Provide feedback and advice to candidates during the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions.
• Manage job postings on various job boards and company websites.
• Participate in recruitment fairs and networking events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Additional courses in HR or recruitment practices are beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or similar role
