Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support our human resources department. This role involves managing employee relations, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist role
