Job Description

As a Pharmacist, you will ensure that every patient receives optimal healthcare. You will be tasked with dispensing medications, advising on health supplements, and providing clinical services. Your expertise and commitment will help our pharmacy deliver top-notch health services to the Pretoria community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and dispense medications in an efficient manner.
  • Consult with patients regarding their medication therapies.
  • Monitor patient health and progress for treatment effectiveness.
  • Advise on health and wellness products available in the store.
  • Assist in pharmacy operations and inventory management.
  • Engage in continuous education and professional development.
  • Work alongside doctors and nurses to plan patient care.
  • Lead pharmacy promotion and health awareness events.
  • Assist customers with queries and enhance customer service.
  • Monitor drug interactions and alert patients and prescribers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • Additional certifications in clinical pharmacy or specialized areas preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of pharmacy experience preferred
