Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility in Durban. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing patient care quality. We are seeking a proactive individual who can balance administrative tasks with clinical care management.

Responsibilities

  • Direct administrative processes related to patient admissions and discharges.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of staff.
  • Assist with the management of healthcare records and documentation.
  • Research and implement best practices in healthcare management.
  • Participate in compliance audits and risk management.
  • Support budget management and financial forecasting.
  • Conduct community outreach programs and events.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies into practice.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration or related discipline
  • Master's in Business Administration is advantageous
