Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in East London. Your role will involve assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, supporting students in their learning, and fostering a positive classroom environment. Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and implement lesson plans.
  • Support the development of students' social and emotional skills.
  • Provide feedback and assistance to students during lessons.
  • Engage with parents to discuss student progress.
  • Assist with classroom organisation and storage of materials.
  • Encourage participation in classroom discussions and activities.
  • Assist in the supervision of students during breaks.
  • Compile reports on student activities and progress.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Tertiary qualification in Education is an advantage
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in educational support positions

Languages
  • English: Fluent
