The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing nursing care for patients, supporting physicians during examinations, and maintaining accurate patient records. Our Registered Nurses collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon admission.
• Administer medications, and intravenous (IV) therapy as necessary.
• Work alongside doctors to manage comprehensive care for patients.
• Guide patients and their families in understanding treatment processes.
• Record patient data and updates in electronic health systems.
• Attend to the physical and emotional needs of all patients.
• Maintain standards of care in compliance with regulations.
• Engage in continuous education to stay updated in nursing practices.
• Participate in team meetings regarding patient care strategies.
• Build rapport with patients and their families to foster trust.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Specialization in critical care or pediatrics is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a Supervisory Role: Experience in a leadership position is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Additional Languages: Fluency in Afrikaans or other local languages is a plus.
