Job Description

We are on the lookout for a qualified Medical Doctor to deliver exceptional healthcare services in Soweto. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient examinations, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with a team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical assessments and health history reviews.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings.
• Foster a supportive and responsive environment for patients.
• Coordinate care with nursing and administrative staff.
• Engage in continuous professional development and education.
• Promote health initiatives within the local community.
• Advise patients regarding lifestyle changes for improved health.
• Document all medical procedures and patient interactions meticulously.

Requirements

Education

• MBChB or equivalent medical degree
• Postgraduate training or specialization is highly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar medical role

Certifications

• Medical License valid in South Africa
• Advanced trauma life support (ATLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
