Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our established team in Pretoria. You will work with diverse clients, providing individual therapy, assessments, and creating tailored treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in various therapeutic modalities and a passion for mental health and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with clients to provide psychological support and therapy.
  • Evaluate client mental health needs through assessments and interviews.
  • Create customized treatment options based on client feedback and assessment results.
  • Work collaboratively with external service providers when needed.
  • Organize and lead educational workshops on mental health and coping mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
  • Offer support during weekends or after-hours if needed for crisis situations.
  • Engage in peer supervision and mentorship activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Psychology
Experience
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in a mental health setting

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Certifications
