Job Description

As a Trade Show Coordinator, you will be tasked with coordinating and managing all aspects of trade shows and events, including logistics, planning, and execution. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Prepare event summaries and reports for future improvements.
  • Assist in brainstorming creative ideas for innovative trade shows.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus in Event Management or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing large-scale events
