Job Description

We are on the lookout for a First-Line Supervisor of Mechanics, Installers, and Repairers. This role entails overseeing installation and repair operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a profound understanding of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians and ensure that installations meet specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in developing training programs for new employees.
• Manage inventory and ensure all tools and equipment are in working order.
• Work with management to optimize workflow and productivity.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma or BTech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Certificate in Instrumentation is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within a mechanical or industrial environment.
