Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Durban office. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will oversee project teams and liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain project baselines for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate activities among diverse project teams to maximize efficiency.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage project changes and updates in conjunction with stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Facilitate training and mentoring of junior project staff.
• Utilize project management software to track progress and manage resources.
• Serve as a point of contact for client communications and queries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in managing projects

• Agile Methodologies

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages
