Job Description

We are on the lookout for a meticulous Administrative Assistant to support our operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will manage office tasks, coordinate meetings, and assist in the daily execution of administrative functions. A strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills are paramount.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
  • Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and vendors.
  • Assist with budgeting and accounting tasks.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a corporate administrative environment
