Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bloemfontein. This role involves supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of managing various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Plan and organize team meetings and events.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly organized and filed.
  • Create and edit reports and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Work closely with management to facilitate communication.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and make reservations.
  • Provide essential administrative support to enhance overall office function.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
