Job Description

We are seeking a passionate E-commerce Manager to lead our digital sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to boost online revenue, enhance user experience, and manage product listings effectively. Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the e-commerce website for improved user experience.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional strategies.
• Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment rates.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Train and mentor e-commerce team members on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
• Master's degree in E-commerce Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within e-commerce
