Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist who will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will provide personalised patient care, oversee medication management, and contribute to the overall success of our pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Support and mentor pharmacy interns and staff.
• Facilitate patient medication adherence programs.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach.
• Advise healthcare professionals on drug interactions and side effects.
• Review and process insurance claims for prescriptions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Registered Pharmacist certification is mandatory

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in retail pharmacy or clinical setting
