Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all IT systems run smoothly. The right candidate should have a blend of technical skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure IT equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Assist in the training of staff on IT systems and software usage.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant IT certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
