Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Data Scientist who thrives on turning data into concrete insights. Based in Johannesburg, you'll be responsible for building and deploying data models to solve complex business problems and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-department teams to define and interpret data requirements.
• Conduct data mining using various methodologies and trace data patterns.
• Develop visualization tools to depict trends, analyses, or predictions.
• Assist in the training of new team members on data tools and practices.
• Continuously improve processes by analysing and recommending enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or equivalent field with a focus on Analytics
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a data-related role
